This is the place to start! If you’re new to cake decorating or would like to master the basics, then this is the course for you. You will be introduced to the techniques involved in using ganache to prepare the cake, to then be neatly covered with sugarpaste and leave with an overall better insight into designer cake decorating, as well as a dainty bow cake! Gain a solid understanding of the basic skills that come up again and again and will serve you well for a lifetime of cake decorating.

Hands-on. Participants must be 15yrs and above.
Learn the basic knowledge of baking step-by-step. Not only will you learn how to bake a delicious cake, you will also have a better understanding of baking. Your instructor will teach you how to:

  • Bake a proper butter cake from scratch
  • Recognising and understanding of ingredients
  • Knowing your essential equipments and tools for baking and how to use them properly, in the success of baking.
  • Understanding oven temperatures
  • Understanding the techniques and jargon of baking.
  • Keep your cake moist and store the cake
  • Make basic fresh cream or buttercream

This is the first of our cheesecake class series. We will be featuring cheesecake recipe from basic to complicated, chilled and baked. The Series will start from beginners to more advance classes. Learning from basic will make you understand more about cheesecakes.

This class will teach you how to make the perfect delicious cheesecake. Learn simple techniques. Your instructor will show you how to:

  • Use gelatin of not? Learn to recognise and understand the best ingredients
